This two-day intensive helps you reconnect with what drives your leadership and how you show up in the spaces you move through. Participants explore key leadership dimensions including emotional intelligence, communication, personality, and personal values to better understand how to influence others and lead with greater intention. 

You will walk away with a personalized leadership development plan that captures your insights and priorities, serving as a guide you can return to as your leadership grows. This course is an ideal starting point for new or emerging leaders, or for those ready to realign with their purpose.

Schedule: Thursday and Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Length: 2 Days 

Fee: $750 (limited scholarships available) 

Enrollment Goal: 20 participants per cohort
